Hello, I am Erin. I am a board certified art therapist and licensed mental health counselor looking to help you function at your highest level. I offer real world coping skills that are evidenced based and enjoy teaching ways to effectively manage the stressors life gives us. Whether the issues present in the board room, locker room, or your home, I want to work collaboratively with clients around their mental wellbeing. Using a person centered approach combined with strengths based style, I let you lead the conversation and goal setting. You and i can work collaboratively to determine the things you already have access to or the things you're good at that can be leaned on in order to develop in the spaces that need more attention. Your healing, change, evolution, whichever word you want to use to describe your process, doesn't have to happen in a bubble. Including your community, hobbies, environment and social connections are examples of ways to use your strengths to promote your vision of the life you intend to live.
